Looking at this map that depicts the paths all recorded hurricanes in September that were within 300 miles of Rita’s current position, i have my doubt that the storm is going to continue on that projected path to the central coast of Texas.
The storm was wobbling the last time i checked. Check out that 1909 storm path, then go look at the current map of high and low pressures. Ugh.
