Mark Kraft looked at the documents acquired by the ACLU, documents that show that Sanchez authorized what essentially qualifies as torture, and found that these documents are in direct conflict with his sworn testimony before a congressional committee. Sanchez committed perjury.
Now what? This seems to be a clear-cut case. This is lying about authorizing torture, not about getting a blowjob. Where is the accountability?
