Tuesday, June 26th, 2012Up to 48 days per year can be earned by reading up to 12 books of “literature, philosophy, science or classics,” in Brazil. An essay on each book read must be submitted. It’s to curb the rampant overcrowding and reward education. The program is called Redemption through Reading.
I’m curious as to what the list of approved books are or if it works more loosely than that.
